Thirlestane Castle, Border Country Life Museum Collection

Acquisition of the collections of the Border Country Life Museum which was established in one of the wings of Thirlestane Castle. NHMF supported the establishment of Thirlestane Castle Trust in 1983-84. This grant enabled the Trust to assume responsibility for the Museum in the interests of unified administration of the Castle and museum.
