Knoydart

Acquisition of 1214 hectares on the north side of Knoydart peninsula on the western seaboard of mainland Scotland. It covers an area from the southern shore of Ladhar Behinn, the finest mountain in Knoydart. This peak, its associated ridges and Coire Dhorrcail are the dominant features of the area with steep rugged terrain. North-west of Coir Odhair the slopes are less rock and smoother, though still fairly steep. The buildings at Li and the surrounding 25ha are terraced.
