Henry Moore Maquettes

Acquisition of eight plaster maquettes modelled in 1954 by the sculptor Henry Moore (1898-1986) for a scheme entered by the architect Michael Rosenaur for the proposed Marconi House extension in the Strand. The scheme would have incorporated eight statues by Moore symbolising the electricity and communications industries.
