Acquisition of 4,260 acres in centre of Exmoor National Park, centred around Simonsbath and adjoining Warren Farm and Long Holcombe (both of which NHMF helped to acquire) Actual land purchased was 6,389. 4,260 acres retained by Park, remainder resold under covenants.
