Edward's Gallopers

Acquisition of Edwardian steam-powered roundabout made by Frederick Savage of Kings Lynn. The centre engine was built by Robert Tidman and Son of Norwich and the majority of the horses are the work of Arthur Anderson of Bristol. The Edwards family, who travelled the roundabout, carefully stored it away in the 1930s, together with the 89 key Verbeeck mechanical organ and original 1917 FWD lorry. For proposed National Fairground Museum.
