Cardiff Ship Stores

Acquisition for preservation of 1895 building in Bute Street, Cardiff's most famous dockland street. In the late 19th century Cardiff was the premier coal-exporting port in the world. Storage was provided in the building for everything that a ship would require, including a bonded store for liquor, a vast sail-making loft and cold stores for provisions.
