Astor Apostle spoons

Acquisition of the oldest existing set of Apostle spoons. The set numbers 13 and features silver gilt terminals with the 12 apostles and the Virgin Mary on them. Sacred monogram engraved bowls, London hallmarks 1536-7 and maker's mark on each.
