Archive of letters from Burne-Jones to May and Daphne Gaskell

The Ashmolean acquired this important record of the Pre-Raphaelite artists, the illustrated letters of Sir Edward Burne-Jones (1833–98) to May Gaskell. The archive consists of more than 200 letters dating from 1892 up to the year of Burne-Jones’s death.
