Althorp Archive, estate and family papers

Acquisition of that part of the Althorp Archive consisting of deeds, manorial and estate and family papers, representing the remainder of the archive (after the purchase by the British Library of the political papers in 1984). The papers date from the 13 to early 20th centuries.
