Admiral of the Fleet Earl Beatty's collection of medals and memorabilia

Acquisition of collection of items ranging from presentations from fellow sailors in the Grand Fleet to a gold and jewelled sword given to Admiral Lord Beatty with the Freedom of the City of London. NHMF assisted National Maritine Museum with purchase of the Beatty papers and archives in 1982.
